They Arrive

This afternoon the girls and I went to the Interislander Ferry terminal to meet Allie, Tom, Erez & Jack. They are fresh from their tour of the South Island where they went hourse back riding, whale watching, exploring the Antarctic Center and more - See the slideshow. We were all so excited that they were finally here! Unfortunately Erez, or "Oz" as he is going by these days, wasn't feeling his best. We came back to the house to prepare for our "second night" Seder (actually being held on the third night so that we could have it with them).

Allie and I made matzo ball soup, etc. while Tony and Tom took Maddy, Jack, and Zeke over to the Botanical Gardens for a bit of a run around before dinner. Our friends Sam and Matt and their boys, and Belinda and Ofer and their girls came over a bit later and we had a very nice, laidback Seder, including a number of fun Passover songs to the tunes of Broadway musicals.
